Great Impressions

Tina Fey (American comedian and one of the funniest women alive) does a great impression of Sarah Palin (American governor and one of the funniest women alive, though probably not intentionally). In the run up to the US elections (Tuesday, I believe), Fey and been bringing her Palin character to Saturday Night Live with a number of sketches, it's like watching Palin herself!

This time though, she was out done by a guy who does the best impression of senator John McCain:

Imagine my disappointment when I learned that this wasn't a great impression but was, indeed, John McCain himself. Yes it reeks of desperation but it is hilarious!

hehehe. I love SNL and Tina Fey. Do you watch her sitcom 30 Rock? I would also recommend watching Amy Poehler's Sarah Palin rap, if you haven't done so already :).

I am getting very nervous about the Tuesday's elections.

I can't quite believe what I've just seen. What the hell is he doing? What the hell is he doing?

If there's any justice, that should be the final nail in his coffin. It's a measure of how out of touch he is that he could be persuaded to do that.

Zany, unfortunately I don't subscribe to the channel that 30 rock's on.

Only a day to go....

Graham, I think they are so far behind in the polls that they are really grasping at any straws they can find.

You are joking, right? This is a joke. It has to be.

No? Isn't it?

Oh my word...

Unfortunately, it is very real. He was also in the Weekend Update segment talking about his maverick strategy.

Muhamad, a free coffee for everyone with an I voted sticker, yay!

Ariane, that's what I thought but here it is. As Graham says, this is testament to how out of touch he is.

Zany, yay Maverick!
